Hitman 3 is the eighth instalment in the series and, according to the developers, the final chapter. It’s also billed as the darkest entry yet. Players step back into the role of Agent 47 for another round of high-stakes action, espionage, assassinations, intrigue, and conspiracy. The developers haven’t revealed full story details yet, but we do know Agent 47 will dive back into a world of precision kills and firefights. This time, stealth plays an even bigger role, and enemy AI has been rebuilt from the ground up to be smarter and more adaptive.World & Locations
The game delivers a wide range of detailed, interactive environments. Dubai is one of the standout locations. The base game includes six large-scale maps, with more potentially added later through updates or DLC. Each location feels realistic and reactive, making immersion stronger than ever. Core gameplay remains familiar to series fans, but with several key upgrades.
Gameplay & Features
- Expanded gadgets: New tools unlock as you progress, including mission-specific items you won’t find anywhere else.
- More weapons + customisation: A broader arsenal is available, and most weapons can now be modified and upgraded.
- Smarter enemies: Opponents now adapt to your playstyle. If you’re spotted in an area, they’ll increase patrols and security there.
New Feature: NVIDIA DLSS 3 Support
From version 3.140 onward, Hitman 3 adds support for DLSS Frame Generation and NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency.
DLSS Frame Generation uses AI to create extra high-quality frames, boosting FPS without sacrificing image quality. Combined with NVIDIA Reflex, it keeps input lag low.
Note: DLSS Frame Generation requires a GeForce RTX 40 Series GPU.
